Full Smile Design — Porcelain Veneers
The case: Comprehensive smile design addressing colour, proportion, and symmetry. Six upper porcelain veneers, in-office whitening of lower teeth. Planned digitally — patient approved the design before any preparation began. Single-day CEREC fabrication for four central veneers.
In-Office Whitening + Invisalign
The case: Mild crowding addressed with Invisalign Lite over 14 weeks, followed by in-office whitening. Patient-reported confidence improvement was the primary goal. Retention wire placed on conclusion of treatment.

Two fractured upper incisors restored with direct composite bonding. Colour-matched precisely, completed in a single appointment without any reduction of the healthy tooth.
Single Visit
Large existing restoration replaced with a CEREC same-day ceramic crown. Digital impression, designed chairside, milled and seated in a single visit. No temporary required.
Same-Day CERECMissing lower premolar replaced with a dental implant and CEREC ceramic crown. Bone density confirmed and treatment phased accordingly. Full function restored without adjacent tooth preparation.

Excess gingival display corrected with precision contouring, followed by four upper porcelain veneers to complete the smile line. Proportions planned digitally before any clinical work began.
Digital Planning
Severe tooth wear from bruxism addressed over six appointments. Bite rebuilt with CEREC crowns, onlays, and composite bonding. Night guard fabricated on completion.
Multi-Phase Treatment
Infected molar treated with root canal therapy, subsequently restored with a CEREC ceramic crown. Patient had deferred treatment for two years due to dental anxiety — addressed through paced communication and a two-visit approach.

Each section below takes under 2 minutes. No code knowledge required.
Take your before and after photos. Crop them to similar framing — both should show the same angle. Name them clearly: case-01-before.jpg and case-01-after.jpg. Standard iPhone camera quality is fine.
Put your photos inside the img/ folder in your site folder — the same folder that already contains your portrait photos.
Open cases.html in a text editor. Find the two <!-- BEFORE --> and <!-- AFTER --> comments. Replace the src="..." value with your own path: src="img/case-01-before.jpg". Save.
Drag your entire site folder into Netlify's deploy zone. Done. The slider will show your actual before/after photos within 15 seconds.
How to add Instagram posts
On Instagram, open any post from @adi.dmd. Tap the three dots (⋯) → tap Embed.
Copy the embed code. It looks like: <blockquote class="instagram-media"...>
In index.html, find the Instagram section. Replace any ig-cell--empty div with the embed code. Re-deploy.
